Omnisend is an omnichannel marketing platform. In 2017, co-founders Rytis Lauris and Justas Kriukas turned their email marketing platform called Soundest into Omnisend. They wanted to help eCommerce businesses build strong relationships with their customers by sending the right message to the right people at the right time.

It allows store owners to create effective email and SMS marketing campaigns. More importantly, it’s focused on automating the marketing process as much as possible. And that’s because the Omnisend team aims to increase sales without increasing the workload. More than 50,000 businesses now use Omnisend to grow their revenue.

The app has pre-built automation workflows that are curated to generate a high amount of revenue. These include welcome series, cart abandonment, transaction emails, etc. Almost anyone can set them up in only a few minutes. But in case those who want to build up their own workflows can do that as well through the drag-and-drop editor. There are no coding skills required. Once the page creation is done, Omnisend will send them out the made schedule and it would be possible to watch the marketing campaign run on autopilot.

Omnisend also has pre-made templates for eye-catching shoppable emails. Use their drag-and-drop email builder to create custom emails and newsletters. Using the app, automatically add coupon codes, insert products, resend campaigns, and do much more. Omnisend also sets up highly targeted campaigns to personalize emails and SMS according to the collected customer data.

Also, it segments campaigns for more efficient targeting. For example, segment high-value customers and target them with special campaigns. In addition, target customers that showed interest in a certain product and re-engage them with high-converting messages.

Another feature that we can add to email and SMS channels is push notifications. With Omnichannel, there’s no need to use separate apps. Get email, SMS, and push notifications all under one roof.

They have many options to capture prospects like pop-ups, opt-ins, exit-intent forms, etc. The app collects subscribers from many different channels, all of which are optimized for mobile. The Omnisend team also has stellar 24/7 customer support.

When it comes to the pricing, it offers a free plan. But wait, its paid plan starts from $16/mo and it depends on the number of subscribers. For now, starting from a 14-day free trial would be a good idea.
