Back in Stock was created by a company called Hulk apps that was launched by Atul Pohakar. They have built numerous Shopify apps and sites since 2012 and their mission is to build outstanding eCommerce solutions on Shopify.

This app brings a customer back to the site by sending them notifications via email and SMS whenever a product is back in stock. It keeps track of the inventory so that the store doesn’t run out of popular items. Doing this will ensure that the users don’t miss out on sales even if an item is currently out of stock. Users won’t have to do much themselves as it’s an automatic application.

Whenever the product returns to the store, it will send an alert to the customers on its own. It offers an unlimited amount of email and SMS notifications and even follow-up reminders. The integrated email delivery system lets users have control over how many customers are getting notified through the app. It lets them set different preferences. For example, they can choose how many alerts should be sent out and when.

One doesn’t need to be a tech expert to get the app working. The theme integration is automatic and no coding is required from the user’s end. Along with that, they can customize the app to fit the design of their store. Users can leave their security concerns at the door as Back in Stock is 100% GDPR compliant and ensures that the privacy of the customers is safe. In case one faces any issue with the app, the Hulk apps team offers great customer service that is there to help in any complex situation. For a new business that is not sure whether they want to use the app or not, it gives a free 14 day trial. It will cost $9.99 per month after that.
