Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay is an app created by LuckyOrange. The company was started in 2011 by Brian Gruber and its mission is to generate more sales for eCommerce business owners by understanding customers better.

The app has so far been used by over 100,000 businesses as an optimization tool. It was created to increase conversion rates by reducing the number of abandoned carts and increasing sales.

Lucky Orange provides the owners with several key features to let them figure out the reasons why customers leave the store without purchasing anything.

Firstly, the app keeps recording the activities of visitors that shows where they have gone to, what they have clicked on, and what they added to the cart. This is sort of DVR for a shop that lets users see what might be turning potential customers away.

The second thing it offers is dynamic heatmaps that show which parts of the store are most popular. Businesses can see where most of the visitors went before leaving without purchasing so they’ll know where they may be failing.

It also increases sales by offering discounts to shoppers just when they are about to leave their carts without purchasing. The app allows users to create pop-up polls or announcements that help increase conversion rate with questions like – “Would you like a 15% discount?” or “What stopped you from purchasing from our store?”.

Great insight into a store can be obtained with its analytics dashboard that shows how many people visited a store and how many are currently on it. This dashboard also generates daily email reports that tell owners which sources turned out be most successful in driving sales and traffic.

The app has 4 plans available for users. The first one is free and the other 3 are paid options. The Starter subscription package costs $10 per month, the Small Business goes for $20 per month and the Medium is the most expensive plan priced at $50 per month.
