Step 1: Click on the “Offers on Cart” button and then on “Add New Offer.”
Step 2: A tab named “General” will appear on the screen. You must fill in the following details in the ‘General’ section:
- Name
- Description
- Start and End date
- Promotion message
- Image promotion banner URL (if any)
- Discount percentage of gift items
- Maximum number of gifts
- Priority
Step 3: Once you fill up the ‘General’ tab, the next tab you wanna fill up is “Condition.” After that, there are some more sections that will come across:
- Total cart value (Minimum & Maximum)
- Condition
- Quantity of the cart (Minimum & Maximum)
Step 4: The “Select Gifts” tab is the one you will come across when you scroll further down. Make sure you fill in the parameters correctly:

- The collection of products you want to gift
When you’re done, just click on “Create.”

Analyze Sales via Reports Section
In the reports section, you can analyze these parameters:
- Order ID
- Date
- Payment status
- Fulfillment status
- Total

- Gifts total
- Commands
